Our company was born from a bold vision: transforming manufacturing through smart, innovative solutions. Founded by the dynamic duo of Patrick Osborne and Tammie Osborne, we blend over 50 years of hands-on engineering expertise with sharp business leadership and a drive for operational excellence across industries.
Patrick's career kicked off on the automotive shop floor, where he earned master-level certifications and spent a decade mastering complex systems at various dealerships. A life-changing industrial accident shifted his focus to advanced manufacturing engineering, honing his skills in practical problem-solving and precision diagnostics.
Meanwhile, Tammie was building something equally powerful on the business side — a 23-year track record as an entrepreneur that has evolved in lockstep with the technology landscape itself. When she launched her Home Decor business in 2003, the marketplace looked nothing like it does today: social media didn't exist, AI was science fiction, and the customer journey was still largely offline. Yet over the years, Tammie navigated every wave of change — from e-commerce disruption to digital-first consumers to the AI revolution now reshaping every industry — adapting her business, her designs, and her customer approach at every turn. That parallel evolution is what makes her perspective invaluable: she doesn't just understand what the technology can do, she understands the customer who has grown alongside it, and exactly what that customer expects from a business partner in today's marketplace.
This shared philosophy — that true innovation stems from overcoming hurdles and deeply understanding customers — guides everything we do. As Director of Engineering & Quality at a major automotive parts maker, Patrick slashed quality costs with lean methods, cut waste, and pioneered automation that raised industry bars.
Today, Patrick serves as a Senior Mechatronics Engineer in defense, security, and aerospace, pushing limits in robotics, machine vision, industrial protocols, and automation. Tammie spearheads customer strategy and growth, aligning our technology with real market demands for measurable results.

Patrick Osborne
Founder & Chief Engineering Officer
If it's broken, he's already figuring out how to rebuild it better.
Patrick hails from northern New Jersey, where he grew up in a household shaped by his father — an industrious entrepreneur who owned his own engineering business. That environment lit a spark early: Patrick has always loved to tinker, and some of his earliest memories involve dismantling broken appliances and rebuilding them into entirely new contraptions. His college journey began in forensics — a natural fit for someone who has always been driven to investigate and figure out how things work — before that same analytical curiosity led him to electrical engineering, where he found his true calling.
When he steps away from the workbench, family comes first — he treasures every moment with his grandchildren and loves river fishing, off-roading, and getting lost in a good sci-fi show or movie. A dedicated military buff, he has a deep respect and fascination for military history and technology. And when it comes to dogs, Patrick is a true aficionado — he has a soft spot for all breeds, but has become a surprisingly devoted fan of chihuahuas thanks to his wife's beloved little companion.

Born and raised in the heart of the rust belt — Youngstown, Ohio — Tammie brings a grounded, hardworking spirit to everything she does. She holds degrees in Business and Medical Arts with a focus on Biology and Secondary Education — a versatile foundation that gives her a distinct edge in bridging technical and business worlds. Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, she has owned and operated her own Home Decor business since 2003, built entirely around her own designs — spanning furniture building, product design, and CAD work — and that real-world ownership experience shapes her deep understanding of what clients truly need.
Outside of work, family is her anchor — she treasures her time with her 3 grandchildren and her diverse dog pack, and is rarely without her devoted companion, a chihuahua named Finley, who goes just about everywhere she does. Tammie has a genuine love of travel and finds joy in exploring new places and perspectives. She is also an avid puzzler, drawn to challenges of all kinds, and has a deep appreciation for comedy and the power of a well-timed laugh. A creative through and through, she paints watercolors, sculpts, does woodworking, sews, and embroiders — and has published 3 novels.
